Manager CMD Islamabad has released a Tender Notice in Date of 3^rd June 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

Tender Notice

A Public Sector Organization invitations sealed tenders on item rate basis for the subsequent work from Pre-qualified /enlisted and security wise cleared Civil Contractors for civil work severally, as per below mentioned schedule: -

 

Tender No. 35/2021

 

Name of Work: Construction of pharmacy & Parking shed, Raising of Boundary Wall and Lawn Development at Hospital Gujranwala.

 

Estimated Cost: Rs. 18.745 Million

 

Tender Fee: Rs. 3500/-

 

Pre-Bid Meeting date & time: 21-06-2021 at 1000 hrs.

 

Tender Submission date & time: 25-06-2021 at 1030 hrs.

 

Tender Opening date & time: 25-06-2021 at 1100 hrs.

 

Period for Completion: 09 Months

 

 

i. Tender documents shall be issued during working hours from Monday to Friday.

 

ii. Issuance of tender documents shall be closed on 24 June 2021.

 

iii. Bid Security 2% of bid value in form of CDR or Bank guaranty from schedule bank of Pakistan as specified in Tender Documents shall have to be submitted along with bid.

 

iv. Earnest money must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with tender, with name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.

 

v. Two copies of BOQ shall be submitted by contractor (one original & 2nd photocopy) and both shall be sealed, pre-signed and stamped and name of work shall be clearly mentioned on envelope.

 

vi. Rates shall be written in figures and words in separate columns. In case of conflict in figures and words, the speed quoted in words shall prevail.

 

vii. Competent authority may reject any or all bids / proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal.

 

viii. Sending Tender documents with Post / Courier / Telegraphic is prohibited.

 

ix. Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates to check their reasonability and workability.

 

x. Incomplete proposal / bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as non-responsive.
