 Manager CMD Islamabad has released a Tender Notice in Date of 3^rd June 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

Tender Notice

A Public Sector Organization invitations sealed tenders on item rate basis for the subsequent work from Pre-qualified/enlisted and security wise cleared Civil Contractors for civil work as per underneath mentioned schedule: -

Tender No. 36/2021

 

Name of Work: Construction of Officers/Staff Hostels at D-18, Islamabad.

 

Estimated Cost: Rs. 65 Million

 

Tender Fee: Rs. 5,000/-

 

Pre-Bid Meeting date & time: 17-06-2021 at 1000 hrs.

 

Tender Submission date & time: 22-06-2021 at 1030 hrs.

 

Tender Opening date & time: 22-06-2021 at 1100 hrs.

 

Period for Completion: 15 Months

 

 

i. Interested groups can get Tender documents during working hours on Monday to Friday.

 

ii. Issuance of tender documents / Pappers will be closed on 21.06.2021.

 

iii. Bid Security 2% of bid value in form of CDR or Bank guaranty from schedule bank of Pakistan as specified in Tender Documents shall have to be submitted along with bid.

 

iv. Earnest money must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with tender, with name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.

 

V. Two copies of BOQ shall be submitted by contractor (one original & 2nd photocopy) and both shall be sealed. pre-signed and name of work and stamped shall be clearly mentioned on envelope.

 

Vi. Rates shall be written in figures and words in separate columns. In case of conflict in figures and words, the speed quoted in words shall prevail.

 

vii.  Manager CMD Islamabad can reject any or all bids/ proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal.

 

viii. No. Tender are going to be issued or accepted by Post/ Courier/ Telegraphic.

 

ix. Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates to check their reasonability and workability.

 

x. Incomplete proposal/ bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as non-responsive.
