Sealed tender’s area unit invited from the contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council below relevant class as mentioned below on share rate basis, World Health Organization possess renewal with PEC up to 30-06-2021.

Tender documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day up to 19-05-2021 with written request on letter accompanied with attested copy of CNIC, Income tax Registration Certificate as active taxpayers (Filer), and copy of valid registration of PEC / Pak PWD under relevant category and valid electric license for the year 2020-2021.

Tenders are issued to the man of affairs of the firm / company or their de jure licensed representatives having registered power of professional cowl ought to be born within the tender box unbroken within the workplace of undersigned on 20-05-2021 up to 11.00 AM.

The respective tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.30 AM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives, having registered power of attorney.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

1. No tender will be sold / issued on the date of opening of tenders in case of public holiday, the receipt and opening of tenders will be the next working day.

 

2. No tender are issued / received through post, telegraph or E-Mai

 

3. According to PPRA Rule-25, Bid Security @ 04 % of quoted price in the shape of deposit at call from the Firm / Company's own account any Schedule Bank of Pakistan in the name of Executive Engineer, Central E/M Division No-Il Pak PWD Islamabad. No tender will be entertained without bid security @ 04% of quoted price.

 

4. Tenders can be purchased on the prescribed cost Rs. 5000/- (Non-refundable) in the shape of Pay Oder mentioned against the below noted work from, the office of the undersigned during office hours before the date of opening of tenders

 

5. Tender notice is additionally accessible at PPRA web site (www.ppra.org. pk)

 

6. Under Rule 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposal.

 

7. The submission of tenders by the contractor implies he 1s fully conversant with the site of work, scope of work and terms and conditions as lard down mn the tender documents.
