Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) Karachi has released a Tender Notice in Date of 8th April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

Tender Notice

 

1. PAKISTAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (PCAA) Invited sealed cover from contractors / firms having engineering skill / resources and valid registration with PEC in at-least C-6 Category with EE-04 code;

 

Name of Work:

Improvement / Rehabilitation / Replacement of E&M facilities / systems at JIAP Karachi SH: Improvement of Low Tension Overhead in CAA Residential Colony at JIAP Karachi (F-Type, Metro Compound, H Type, G Type, and C Type Areas)

 

Earnest Money:  2% of the Bid amount

 

Tender Fee: Rs. 500/-

 

2. Tenders can be purchased up to 24/05/2021 from office of the PCCA in office hours on payment of prescribed / suggested tender cost (non-refundable) against deposit slip / pay order drawn in favor of PCAA along with attested copies of valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, electrical contractor license, professional tax certificate and proof of being on active tax payer's list.

 

3. Tenders will be received on 25^th May 2021 at 1100 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the office of undersigned in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives.

 

4. Tender submitted without required earnest money will not be entertained.

 

5. Bank Drafts / Pay Order or any other financial instruments to be submitted by Contractors / Firms and Bidders as “Tender Cost’, Bid Security / Earnest Money and Bank Guarantee, if found fake or dishonored by issuing bank / financial institution at any pre / post contract stage of the case, would call for blacklisting and legal action as per law of the land.

 

6. Tenders will be issued to only those contractors / firms having previous experience of working on similar nature projects.

 

7. No tender will be sold on the date of opening of tender or by the post.

 

8. PCAA reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders for sufficient and cogent reasons which will be communicated to bidder on request.
