Sealed tenders are invited for Purchase of Sports Items (Cricket, Hockey, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Athletics, Squash, Badminton, Shooting, Kabaddi, Golf, Futsal, Ski, Swimming, Gymnasium equipment etc) for financial year 2020-21 of Academy Sports Fit, PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1.The firm interested must submit quotes on their letterhead.

 

2. The firm must be General Sales Tax (GST) - registered.

 

3. Quotation should be valid for minimum of 90 days, and the envelope should be marked with the tender opening time and date.

 

4. Last Date of Submission of tender is 19 May, 2021, at 1000 Hrs and will be opened on the same date, on 1100 Hrs. Bidders authorized reps are required to be present at the time of tender opening.

 

5. Delivery will be required within 15 Days of receipt of formal order.

 

6. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the entire tender, on technical grounds.

 

7. All Terms & Conditions for Defence - purchases are applicable.
