has released a Tender Notice in Date of 31st May 2021 in different
Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

1. Applications along with ail credentials are
invited by the E-in-C's Branch (DP&W), General Headquarters, Rawalpindi for
prequalification of firms / contractors and issue of tenders against the
following emergency works under CMES (Navy)COMKAR in the light of Clause-13, 15
and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004:
Description of
Work:
a). Construction
of 300 x Men Barrack at Pishukhan Gwadar (Phase-1) |
b). Construction
of 300 x Men Barrack including external services at Pishukhan Gwadar (Phase-1
C). Construction
of HPO Setup at Manora
2. Firms / contractors who are enlisted with Military
Engineering Service in category ‘A’ & 'B' OR other Government department, having
experience / knowledge of this type of works; can only apply.
3. candidates not noncommissioned with MES should offer the
subsequent data / documents; otherwise will not be considered for
prequalification / issue of tenders:

4. The firms/ contractors will also furnish list
of personnel (skilled/unskilled), Machinery /equipments, Bank statement,
Federal / Concerned provincial revenue boards registration certificate NTN
certificate, income tax return for the last three years etc.
5. Firms/ contractors not registered with
Pakistan Engineering Council or renewal their registration up to 30” June 2021
will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.
6. Applications are scrutinized and tenders are issued to the
prequalified firms/ contractors. bid security equal to 2% of estimated / bid
cost in the form of FOR, CDR etc in the name of E-in-C’s Branch (DP&W),
General Headquarters, Rawalpindi with tender documents.
7. The tenders are required to be received in
E-in-C’s Branch (DP&W), General Headquarters, Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on
14 June 2021 and will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours.
8. Contractors UN agency desire; could witness the gap of tenders.
9. The focal person: SE, Contracts reserves complete
right to reject any or all the applications in the light of para-33 of PPRA
rules-2004.
