MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS

Ref No. 2000/21 -PAF/Adv/DP&W/E-2

 

1. Applications along with credentials are invited by the E-in-C’s Branch, Gate No 7, GHQ, Rawalpindi for Pre-qualification of Firms / Contractors and issue of tender documents for following works at Capital City of Sindh, Karachi in the light of clause-13, 15 and 16 of Public Procurement Regulator Authority Rules-2004:

 

Name of Work with Estimated Cost:

 

 a. Provision of Air-conditioning System for 2 x Building                        16.586 (M)

b. Provision of Fire Alarm System for 2x Building                                    4.813 (M)

c. Provision of Gantry Crane for 2x Building                                 13.550 (M)

 

2. Firms will furnish details including work orders, location and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificate from user. Firms having experience in Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing works / services registered with PEC in the relevant field will be preferred.

 

3. Firms will furnish list of personnel, Bank statement, NTN certificate, Income tax return for the last three years etc.

 

4. Tenders will be issued to Pre-qualified firms / contractors and are required to be received in E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi at 1130 hours on 21^st May 2021 and will be opened on 21^st May 2021 at 1200 Noon.

 

5. Incomplete application shall not be entertained

 

6. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all the applications in the light of para-33 of PPRArules-2004.
