Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has released a
Tender Notice in Date of 15 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of
Pakistan.
The
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO the “Purchaser” invites sealed bids
for Supply / Procurement of following vehicles, under Single Stage Two Envelope
bidding procedure, from eligible firms / JV /Manufacturer/ Authorized Dealers
as dealers as defined under clause IB-3 of instructions to Bidders.

The
tenders will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized
representatives (bearing authority letter) who care to attend O/O the Chief
Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Street No. 40,
Islamabad. Material shall conform to relevant WAPDAINTDC Specifications
(amended to date).
Terms
& Conditions: - 1.
The price should be firm and final on FCS basis and without involving any
foreign exchange.
2. Tender must be accompanied with
Bank Guarantee @ 2% in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad
of the offered quantity valid for 150 days (one hundred and fifty days)
in the form of Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit issued by any schedule Bank of
Pakistan (having rating A+ or above).
3. Tender forms including terms and
conditions can be obtained from the office of Material Management IESCO
Islamabad against non-refundable amount of Rs.3000/- on any working day during
office hours till a day earlier from the date of opening of tender.
4. Written application on company's
letter head along with copies of registration with sales tax department (STRN),
NTN # etc. should be produced at the time of issuance of tender documents.
5. The bid should be for full
quantity of tender and bid for less quantity of tender will not be accepted.
6. No tender will be issued on the
date of opening of tenders.
