Project Manager, ILM-O-HUNAR Project, Literacy &NFBE Department invites sealed bids/tenders from firms registered with FBR, having active Sales Taxes and Income Tax, and also having sufficient management, technical, financial capabilities for the procurement of Mechanical Kits.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

1. Tender documents are available and may be obtained on a written request and on payment of prescribed fee (Rs.1000/- non-refundable and non-adjustable) from the office of Project Manager, {LM-O-HUNAR Project, Literacy &NFBE Department on any working day during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) immediately after publication of this tender up to 09/05/2021. Bids should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office up to 10/05/2021 till 12:00 a.m.

2. Bid Security is 5% of estimated cost Per Lot in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee duly pledged in favor of Project Manager, ILM-O-HUNAR Project, Literacy & NFBE Department must be submitted along with Bid.

 

3. Bidding will be conducted under the provision of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014, {38(2}(a) single stage-two envelops bidding procedure}.

5. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with provisions of the prevailing laws/regulations.
