TENDER NOTICE
INVITATION BIDS FOR HIRING OF
JANITORIAL SERVICES AND AIR CONDITIONERS REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR
TIME FRAME FINANCIAL YEAR 2021-2022 OF OFFICES/NRCs & RHO NADRA QUETTA.

Firms Organizations for HIRING OF JANITORIAL SERVICES AND AIR CONDITIONERS
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR TIME FRAME FINANCIAL YEAR 2021-2022 OF
OFFICES/NRCs & RHO NADRA QUETTA. In order to ensure the quality and reasonable
prices, the detailed terms & conditions, evaluation criteria etc are
mentioned in bidding documents,
a.
Participating firm must be well established. fully experienced and registered
with Govt authorities (FBR ete).
b.
Firm must be on Active Tax Payer List (ATPL).
c.
previous work orders of various Government Departments must be attached.
d.
Firm must provide photocopies of the CNICs, NTN, and GST certificates should be
attached with the tender documents.
Note: interested Firms should submit their sealed bids on Single Stage
Two Envelopes basis clearly mentioning on the envelopes “Technical Bid” and
“Financial Bid” in bold letters. Tender bidding Documents can be purchased on
submission of written application at a cost of Rs.1000/- (non- refundable)
by 10 May, 2021 at 1100 hours. The bids: proposal will be opened
by 10 May, 2021 at 1130 hours in respect of available bidder.
Bidding documents received after
submission of due date time mentioned above will not be entertained.
Bid must accompanied by bid security
of an amount of 2% of total bidding amount in shape of Call Deposit
(CDR) in favour of GM NADRA Quetta.
Tender Documents must be signed and
stamped (all pages of Tender Documents).
The Tender shall be made in
accordance with the Tender Documents and the Requirements stipulated therein.
NADRA reserves the rights to reject
all bids ‘proposals under PPRA Rules 33 and can cancel the bidding process
before acceptance of bid proposal.
