Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds Establishment Division has released a Tender Notice in Date of 20 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
Construction of Pre-Fabricated
Record Room
1. Federal
Employees Benevolent & Group insurance Funds (FEB&GIF), a public
sector organization invites sealed bids for construction of Pre-fabricated
record room at Benevolent Fund Building located at Shahra-e-Suhrawardy, Zero
Point, Islamabad from well reputed income tax/Gst registered firms and having
valid license (at feast C-6 category & relevant code (s)) registered with
Pakistan Engineering council. Preference shalt be given to the
manufactures/Service providers of the subject tender work.

Bidding document can be obtained from this office by paying a cost of Rs,1500/-
in shape of pay order/ demand draft in favour of “Board of Trustees, FEB&GIF,
HQ’s Islamabad”.
3.
Bids must be accompanied/attended by a bid security of Rs. 2% of bid
price in the shape/form of pay order/bank draft in favour of “Board of
Trustees, FEB&GIF, Islamabad” must be attached with financial bid.
4.
Clearly marked sealed bids “Technical” and “Financial”, in separate
envelops, prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the bidding
documents, must reach at FEB&GIF HQs Block-A, Benevolent Fund Building,
Shahra-e-Suhrawardy, Zero Point, Islamabad on or before 05.5.2021 Monday by
12:00 noon. The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30
pm.
5. The
FEB&GIF reserves the rights to reject all proposals at any time prior to
the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per Rules 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
