Directorate General of It Balochistan has released a Bid invitation in Date of 17 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
The Director General IT, Science
& IT Department, Government of Balochistan, invites sealed proposals ‘bids
from eligible bidders for "DEVELOPMENT OF “CUSTOMIZED SOFTWARE
SOLUTION FOR THE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT FOR PR CENTRE SARIAB AND OTHER GODOWNS OF
FOOD DEPARTMENT ACROSS THE PROVINCE. Balochistan Public Procurement
Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules 2014 shall be carried out by the Procurements.
The bidder/dealer must have valid/lawful registration with tax authorities’
i.e. NTN. BRA and GST.
Method of Procurement: -_ Single Stage Two Envelope Process.
Method of Evaluation: Lowest Evaluated Bid.
Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security @ 2% in the form of Call
Deposit in favor of Director General IT, Balochistan.
6. Bidding Tender document: The interested
bidders also download Bidding Document from www.bppra.gob.pk & www.
balochistan.gov.pk.
The Tender/bidding document/papers
fee of Rs: 2000/- in Govt Account C-3870 others C-38 , others on the name of
Secretary Science & IT Department must be submitted. as the bank slip is
mandatory/required to attach with tender documents/papers at the time of
submission of bids.
Issuance of Tender Documents: From the date of publication of NIT.
Bidder Conference: In the office of Director (A&F} on 22nd April, 2021 at 11:00
AM.
Last Date of Bid submission: The Tenders must be submitted latest by 04th May, 2021 till 11:30
AM (no bids will be received after due time) in the office addressed below.
Tender opening: All tenders will be opened on same day at the office addressed
below by 04th May, 2027 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidder(s} or their
authorized representatives/agents.
