i. For Tender Notice No. 26(02)/2021 & 26(03)/2021, the contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along-with their complete credentials. The interested applications shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will only he issued to the firms who have enough knowledge in the relevant field and fulfil the other special circumstances required for the job.

ii. Quoted rates shall be subject to diversity for evaluation purposes therefore bidders are advised to careful/ vigilant at the time of quoting rates. No excuse shall be accepted in this regard.

iii. Tender documents shall be issued during working hours on Monday to Friday.

iv. Issuance of tender documents shall be closed one day earlier to the opening date.

v. Bid Security 2% of bid value in form of CDR or Bank guaranty from schedule bank of Pakistan as pacified in Tender Documents shall have to be submitted along with bid. Non-submission shall traditional way reject the bid.

vi. Earnest money must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with tender, with name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.

vii. Rates shall be written in words and figures in different columns. In case of conflict in words and figures, the rate estimated in words shall prevail.

viii. Competent authority may reject any or all bids/ proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal.

ix. No Tender will be accepted by Courier/Telegraphic/Post/.

x, Incomplete proposal/ bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as non-responsive.
