Date of 16 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed bids are invited from reputable contractors/firms, having
relevant/related experience for the work, as per following details: -
Description of Work:
Construction of 100000 gallons OHWT
with shops & 02 quarters at location 01 at AFOHS Complex, New Malir
Time of Completion: 09 Months
Earnest Money: 2% of bid Amount
Tender opening Date and Time: 08/05/2021

Interested contractors/firms shall apply, along with compliance of following
information and documents/papers: -
(a) Valid Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) in C5
and above category with relevant codes.
(b) National Tax Number (NTN) certificate.
(c) Income Tax deposit in Govt Treasury, till date; Filer / Non-filer
status from FBR.
(d) Company profile i.e. type of business, the Directors, number of
years in business, area / location of business etc, complete in all aspects to
check the eligibility for issuance of tender documents.
(e) Certified copy of company’s licenses to operate the business
(company registration certificate, articles of incorporation).
(f} List of general construction works undertaken in past five years,
with name and addresses of client and contract amount.
(g) List of similar construction works undertaken in last five years,
along with successful completion certificate from client.
(h) CVs/documents of key/main personnel in the institution/company.
(j) Latest financial statements.
(k) List of plant and equipment (equipment to be owned by the firm or
hired).
(m) Enlistment with Govt Agencies, if any.
(n) Affidavit on stamp paper that the firm in not blacklisted by any
Government Organization.

Bidding documents can be obtained from the address given below, after
submission of above-mentioned documents on any working day on provision of Bank
Draft of Rs 10,000/- for Non-refundable in favor of Housing Director of
Islamabad office of the Air Headquarter. Tender along with above requisite documents
must reach the office of ADH (Dett), New Malir by 07 May, 2021 (1000 hrs) at
address given below.

Sealed tenders shall be opened in the presence of authorized representatives of
bidders on 08 May, 2021 at 1200 hrs.
5. The
undersigned office reserves complete right to reject any or all documents and
assumes no responsibility or obligation, whatsoever, to indemnify or compensate
the participating firms for any loss or expenses that may be incurred/earned
for the preparation of the documents. Submission of a tender doesn't guarantee
that work will be awarded to any participating company / firm.
