SERVICES REGARDING CONSTRUCTION AND WIDENNING BT ROAD GHOUS PUR VIA GANDAKHA TO
VILLAGE GHULAM MUHAMMAD JAMALI FROM JAFFARABAD TO SAIF SHAKH VIA KIRTHAR CANAL PSOP
NO. 945 / 22020.1465, DISTRICT JAFFARABAD,
The office of the Executive Engineer
(Road) Communication Department District Jaffarabad, intends to hire the
consultancy services from reputed and experienced consultant firms having relevant
experience, duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having codes
1203, 1215 {ii}, 1222, 1226, are invited to submit technical & financial
proposals for provision of consultancy services for the work
CONSTRUCTION AND WIDENNING BT ROAD
GHOUS PUR VIA GANDAKHA TO VILLAGE GHULAM MUHAMMAD JAMALI FROM JAFFARABAD TO
SAIF SHAKH VIA KIRTHAR CANAL PSDP NO. 945/ 22020.1465, DISTRICT JAFFARABAD
(2020-2021).
The procurement process will be
carried out in accordance with the relevant rules of BPPRA Rules 2014 and as
per the guidelines of PEC.
Scope of Consultancy Services: - The Consultant firm will be required to provide the following consultancy
services: Review of existing alignment of the road, Conduct of detailed survey
Detailed geomantic design, Soil classification survey, Conduct of traffic survey.
Axel load survey, Necessary conduct
of relevant laboratory test for embankment fill sub grade/ sub base and base
course material, Pavement Design of cross drainage structures, Preparation of
PC-I with detailed estimates /BOQs Preparation of Tender Documents, Preparation
of all relevant construction drawings.
Conduct of periodical supervision of
construction work whenever client deems it necessary, The method for selecting
the consultant firm will be based on least Cost / fixed budget.
Method of Procurement: (Single Stage –Two Envelops) The name of consultant firm with
complete permanent postal address, phone & fax numbers must be clearly
written on envelope.
Eligibility Criteria: Registration of the firm as consultant with Pakistan Engineering
Council /PCATP with relevant codes as Mentioned above Proof of completion of 03
similar nature projects during last five (05) Years, Average annual tumover of
consultancy services for last three years should not be less than PKR 200.00
Millions, Proof of renewed registration with Tax authorities (FBR and BRA),
Proof of performance reports for the jobs conducted before Proof of Technical
staff for the assigned job Details of assignment (RFP/TOR) can be obtained from
the office of the undersigned on the production of green challan form amounting
to Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) deposited in the head of account
C-027 16 through Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan or can be downloaded
from website of BPPRA vide TSE No. TS182904E, from the date of
publication of this invitation in newspaper till 31-03-2021 at 10.00,AM.
The consultants who obtain RFP/TOR documents by downloading them from BPPRA
website will also be required to produce deposited green challan form of above
mentioned fee. The documents if requested by maa will be promptly dispatched by
registered mail for which cost of mail will be borme by the applicant, Technical
& Financial proposals from intending Consultant firms must be sealed in two
separate envelopes clearly marked with project title & type of proposal
shall be receives till, 31-03-2021 at 12:00 PM in the office of
Chief Engineer (Road) Sibi Zone Communication Department Balochistan at C&W
Complex Jafar Khan Jamali road near by Ayoub Stadium Quetta.
Technical Proposals will be opened
on the same day 31-03-2021, at 1:00 PM before Consultants Firms
Selection Committee under the chairmanship of Chief Engineer (Road)
Communication Department Sibi Zone in the presence of Consultants or their
authorized representatives/agents.
