GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
MINISTRY OF INTER PROVINCIAL COORDINATION
1. Sealed bids are invited from the original
manufactures / authorized dealers / reputed stationers / general order
suppliers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and are on Active
Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, having their own offices / stock in Rawalpindi /
Islamabad for supply of following items to Ministry of Inter Provincial
Coordination (IPC), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad during the Financial Year
2021-22: -
2. Tender bids would be collected and opened as
per following schedule: -
3. Interested eligible bidders could purchase an entire set of
bidding documents containing list of things, specifications of needed things
and careful terms and conditions from space No. 301, 2™ Floor, Ministry of IPC,
New Secretariat, Kohsar Block, Islamabad on submission of written application
on company letter head, punctually supported by a duplicate of NIN & GST
Certificates and on payment of non-refundable fee in form of pay order / demand
draft/call deposit of Rs. 500/- (Rupees 5 Hundred only) in favor of DDO,
M/o IPC.
4, Single stage 1 envelop procedure / method as
contained in Rule 36(a) of PPR, 2004 shall apply. Sealed bids supported by
earnest money, earmarked above in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft/Call Deposit
in favour of DDO, M/o IPC should reach the M/o IPC on / or before 10:30 A.M
by 09/07/2021. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 A.M.
5. In order to observe the quality and standard
of required items especially toners, the firms must bring one (01) sample of
each item along with the bid on tender opening day being mandatory to be checked
by the Purchase Committee, This Tender Notice is also available on the website
of Ministry of IPC www.ipe.goy.pk and PPRA www.ppra.pov.pk. The section officer
ministry of inter provisional reserves rights to accept or reject any or all
bids / proposals in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules-2004.
