rates tender for the subsequent work square measure herewith invited from the
approved ‘contractors/Firms of PHE Department World Health Organization have
already dead similar nature of labor and have deposited their
enlistment/renewal fee for the year 2020-21,
tender documents / forms can obtain from the Head clerk of Executive Engineer,
Public Health Engineering Division Attock.
The tender documents will be issued
from the date of advertisement in the newspaper from the Head Clerk of the
Office of undersigned till 19-05-2021 in office time and will be received
on 20-05-2021 at 12:00 P.M and opened at 12:30 PM in the presence
of the contractors or their authorized agents and tendering opening committee.
Earnest money @2% of the tender / bid
must accompany with each tender in shape of deposit at call from any schedule
bank at the time of opening of tenders.
Postal/conditional tender(s) without
Deposit at cal! a-d tender not fulfill PPRA rules will not be entertained. The
schemes have been Technically Sanczoned vide letter No.605/S dated 20.04.2021.

of De-silting / Collecting Tank, Storm Water Channels, Tuff Pavers and pipe
railing and other Allied Works.

Time Limit: 12 Months
1. No Tender form will be issued to those
contractors wic “ave been involved in any litigation with the Department and
defaulter of contractuai obugatons or works already allotted to them.
2. Work order to the lowest bidder will be
issued after receiving of funds from the competent authority in this office.
3. Those contractors who have not obtained the
clause TE-7s ‘rom Pakistan Engineering Council, will not be allowed to
participate in the tenders
4. As per direction of Govt; of Punjab HUD &
PHE Department the tender shall be issued to those contractors / firms who are
on the approved list of HUT.
5. The total tenders amount is less than 5% of
the approved ONIT, the lowest bidder will have to deposit additional
performance security from the scheduled Bank ranging from 5% to his percentage
of bid cost with in 15 days.
6. The tender will be issued to the firm or their
authorized representative who have power of attorney duly registered with the
Registrar.
