Sukaar Foundation is a nor-profit and non-governmental organization.

Sukaar Foundation is implementing a project with the suppor of Concern Worldwide titled"Sindh Drought Resilience Program (SDRP)° in District Tharparkar. Sukaar Foundation invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers, vendors& companies for the supply of following tool kitsmaterial,

Items:

1. Fruit and Vegetables Preservation Kits

2. Motor bike repairing Kits

3. Sewing and Dress Making Kits

4. Solar System/ UPS Repair Kits

Terms & Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be collected from Sukaar Foundation Head Office, and also tender pack can be downloaded from our official site www.sukaarfoundation.org.tender

2. Sealed tenders should reach Sukaar Foundation Head Office, before 2:00pm on April 30, 2021 and should be clearly marked “TENDER – Not to be opened before “2:00pm on April 30, 2021"

3. Tenders will be opened on 30/05/ 2021 at 2:30 pm in the presence of supplier’s representatives, who permissioned/wished to witness the tender opening.

4. If 30 April declared public holiday Government (Due to any reason), then the tender must be opened in the next working day at 02:30 PM at the same place.

5. Bidders can apply for a single or multiple Lots. Under signed office reserves complete right to divide the order Lot wise.

6. pay order/ demand draft in favor of “Sukaar Foundation’ with a value of 5% of the bid amount must also accompany the bid as Tender Guarantee. If bidders are submitting the tender for multiple lots, bid security/Tender Guarantee amount for each tot should be submitted separately. Sending Bids without Tender Guarantee is not allowed. If the selected bidder refuses to sign the supplies contract, then Sukaar Foundation reserves the tight to forfeit the bid security.

7. Samples for All lots will be called from the short listed suppliers/bidders.

8. The prices must be inclusive/comprehensive of all taxes, loading /unloading, delivery/transportation, packaging and allied costs up to the point of delivery.

9. The Supplier must quote only one option for each item. More options and rates are prohibited.

10. Tender Committee reserves the right to change the quantities of the required material or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

11.Lowest price will not be the sole criteria quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered.
