The
Procurement Shall be carried out in accordance with BPPRA Rules, 2014.
BASIC
ELIGIBILITY; The Contractor must have valid registration with Pakistan
Engineering Council in relevant Category C-6 of above in relevant discipline
and registration with tax authorities Le, (NTN and sales Tax Department), where
applicable. Relevant work experience as per bidding documents. Turn-over of
Last Three Year.
METHOD OF
PROCUREMENT: Single
Stages-One Envelope Procedure.
BIDDING/TENDER
DOCUMENTS; Issuance;
The Consultants/firms having registered with PEC in aforementioned category in
relevant discipline can obtain the bidding documents from the address mentioned
below on production of green challan form for an amount of Rs.2000 (Non
Refundable) deposit in the head of account C02845-Health through Government
Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan or can be downloaded from website of
BPPRA. The contractors/firms who obtain bidding documents by downloading them
from BPPRA website will also be required to produce deposited green Challan
from of above mentioned fee. The documents if required by mail will be promptly
dispatched by registered mail for witch cost of mail will be borne by the
applicant. Earnest Money as mentioned above should be submitted in the form of
bank guarantee or Deposit at call from a Scheduled Bank.
Method of
Submission: The
Bidding Documents duly filled and attached with copies of supporting documents
must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand of through registered mail to the
address mentioned below.
Dead Line of Submission: before 10th
May,2021 at 12:00 Hrs.
Opening; The
tender document will be opened on 10th May,2021.at 01:00 Hrs, Procurement
Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized
representatives/agents Bid validity; Ninety (90) Days.
