Directorate General of Sports Balochistan invites sealed tender, based on composite schedule of
rate 2018, Government of Balochistan from interested contractor / firm for the
work listed below: Earnest Money 80,000/- And tender fee 1,000/- in shape of
green challan from deposited in head of account

BASIC
ELIGIBILTY: The Contractor
must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant
category C-6 or above in relevant discipline renewed for the year 2020- 21 and
registration with tax authorities i.e. NTN &SALES TAX Department and BRA
where applicable (who are on active Taxpayer List (ATL of FBR). Five Year Relevant
Work Experience. Tum-over of last one Year Rs. 10.00 Million.
BIDDING
/ TENDER DOCUMENTS: Issuance: The contractor / Firms having registered with PEC in aforementioned
category in relevant discipline can obtain the bidding documents from the
address mentioned below on production of green CHALLAN from for an amount of
Rs.1000/= (Non- refundable) deposited in the head of account No.CO-387 (Others)
through Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan or can be downloaded
from website of BPPRA, from the date of publication of this invitation on the
website of BPPRA till one day prior to the last date of submission..
Earnest
Money as mentioned above should be submitted in the form of bank guarantee of
Deposit at Call from a scheduled Bank.
Deadline
of Submission:
The Bidding Documents duly filled and attached with copies of supporting
documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or through registered
mail to the address mentioned below on or before 18-05-2021, at
11:00 am.
Opening:
The tender
document will be opened on 18-05-2021, at 12:00 pm, before
procurement committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized
representatives / agents.
