The project
Director/Signal Shops, Headquarter Office, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, invites
sealed tenders on FOR basis as PPRA “Single Stage Two Envelop” procedure from
well reputed firms/suppliers having registration with PEC in financial category
C4 or above and also registered with FBR appearing on (Active Tax Payer List)
for work detailed hereunder:

1. The bit/Tender shall be submitted in
accordance with Single Stage-Two Envelops Procedure of Public Procurement Rules
2004 (PPRA-2004) where under the bid shall comprise.
(i) A single package/file containing of two
separate Envelops duly sealed/closed. Every one Envelop should contain
separately, the “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL’ & the “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL’.
(ii) The Envelop should be marked as “FINANCIAL
PROPOSAL’ and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” duly typed on computer to avoid confusion.
2. Tender will be opened on 08/05/21.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Works Manager/Signal
Workshops, Lahore on cash payment on all working days.
3. The bidding documents along with
earnest money of the offer shall be dropped in tender box placed in WM/Signal Office,
Lahore on or before the due date mentioned above at 11.30 hrs and will
be opened publically on the last day at 12.00 hrs in the office of
Project Director/Signal/ Shops, Pakistan Railways Headquarter Office, Lahore.
