 Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has released a Request for proposal in Date of 18 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 1. Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCQ) is a leading Power Distribution Company endeavoring to provide uninterrupted electric supply services to more than 2.7 million valued consumers with 18,000 (Approx.) highly motivated technical/non-technical employees having diverse experience.

2. Request for Proposal (RFP) providing the following information: -

a. PS University affiliated/joined with HEC.

b. Complete detail of projects, scope/method of works, client profile and contract value name and assignments/project undertaken.

c. Organizational Map/Chart including professional staff strength for applicable/relevant assignment.

d. Other terms & conditions are declared/mentioned in Bidding Documents/papers.

e. In case of JV one partner (Lead) shall be a Public Sector University situated near to IESCO Head quarter.

3 The RFP procedure/method will have based upon “single stage two envelop" method/procedure as prescribed/arranged under PPRA rules containing separate sealed covers “Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal”.

4. RFP shall be accompanied/attended with Bid Security @ 2% of quoted/mentioned bid in favour of CEO, Islamabad Electric Supply Company, valid for 4 weeks beyond bid validity. The bid will be valid for 3 months. However, bid security shall be enclosed in the Financial proposal but undertaking regarding inclusion of bid security shall be provided in technical proposal without displaying the amount etc.

5. The firm(s) will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in the PPRA Rules, 2004. Interested bidders fulfilling the above requirements can obtain Tender Documents (RFP) from Office of the undersigned ate price of Rs. 1000/- each (nonrefundable).

6. RFP is required to be submitted to the undersigned on or before 04^th May 2021 (Tuesday) at 1100 Hrs. Financial proposal shall be opened only of those bidders who successfully meet minimum passing technical score. Financial proposal of un-qualified Firms shall be returned un-opened.

7. After the Date and Time specified above, received bids shall not be accepted.

8. Electronic bid shall not be accepted.

9. Islamabad Electric Supply Company reserves complete right to reject or accept all proposals at any time according to PPRA Rules 33(1).
