1. Sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms, registered with sales tax department, having NTN & GST Nos. with their own offices & phone/fax numbers (if detected adverse, the offer will be rejected) as per following details.

Tender Fee (Non- refundable): Rs. 1,000/-

Closing Date / Time of Submission of Bids: 26/05/2021 at 11:30 Hrs.

Date / Time of Opening of Bids: 26/05/2021 at 12:00 Hrs.

 

2. Tender documents with complete specifications can be obtained (by hand/by post) (from 08:30 am to 03:30 pm) from Rescue Center Near Shabir Petroleum Mianwali Road, Jauharabad Distt. Khushab (Ph # 0454-920155, 922330) on written request along with tender fee (Non-refundable) in shape of Bank Draft in favor of Director (Finance).

3. Bidding shall be single stage, i.e. Technical & Commercial Bid. The detailed description / procedure is available in the tender documents.

 

4. The supplier should quote the rates on FOR Sargodha Mianwali basis. Rates should be valid for at least 50 days.

 

5. The Bids will only be submitted & opened at above mentioned same address, in the presence of those bidders or their authorized agents, who wish to be present at the time of bid opening.

7. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
