Project Director Sukkur IBA University has released a Tender Notice in Date of 15 March 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 Sealed bids are invited from experienced Companies/ Contractors having valid registration with PEC, FBR and SRB on “Single Stage Two Envelope Basis “for following works at Sukkur IBA University.

01. Exhaust and ventilation System for Dinning Hal (cafeteria)

02. HVAC System and Ancillary Works for Academic Block-V

03. Air Conditioning system for Foreign Faculty Residences

Details of specifications and quantity are mentioned in the 5 re tender documents, which can be obtained on provision of ES | demand draft/pay order for Rs. 2000/= each work (Non-f refundable) in favor of Sukkur IBA University, from the office of the Engineering Wing Office Sukkur IBA University on any E working day March 15, 2021 to April 05, 2021. The Last date for Bi Fj the submission of bids is April 0S, 2021 up to 1430 Hours.

The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives I 8 (who may choose to be present). The Financial proposals of only & Ei technically eligible firms will be accepted/Opened.

Bid security i.e. 2% of the tender amount (Refundable) in the shape of bank 3 4 draft/pay order in the name of Sukkur IBA University must be Fs EY attached with the bid documents.
