NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER

(Single Stage Single Envelope)

SUPPLY / PURCHASE OF COMPUTERS AND SCANNERS

 

HQ, Military Lands & Cantonments Deptt invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers ' authorized distributors suppliers / contractors registered with the income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of following items having an estimated cost of Rs, 3.32M:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Instructions and specifications can be viewed} downloaded from ML&C e-tender portal at https://etender.mlc.gov.pk Specifications of the quoted items shall be mentioned in the electronic bid. No manual tender shall be entertained.

 

2. The bidder shall submit 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the shape of call deposit and upload / attach with the electronic bid before closing date & time.

 

3. The bids can only be submitted in electronic format through ML&C e-tender portal from 30^th Apr, 2021 at 12:00 pm, the deadline for submission of bid is 18^th May, 2021 at 11:00am. Bids would be opened on the same day at 2:00 pm.

 

4. In case the bid is less than 10% of the estimated amount, the lowest bidder shall have to deposit standing security (refundable after successful completion of the work) i.¢.. a reasonable amount decided by the Procuring Agency in the shape of Call deposit within 0S days. In case of failure the already deposited 2%o earnest money shall be forfeited and bid will be cancelled.

 

5. The successful bidder shall be responsible to supply the items within 10 days of issuance of purchase

7. Income Tax / Other Taxes will be applied as per prevailing government rates.

 

8. Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations as per PPRA Rules.
