Capital Development Authority (Works Division-II) Tender Notice

Capital Development Authority (Works Division-II) has released a Tender Notice in Date of 18 March 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

TENDER INVITING NOTICE

Capital Development Authority invites the sealed tenders on percentage basis duly filled in words as well as in figures from the contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and Income.

Tax Branch for the year 2020-21, as under:

Construction of Admin Block, Quarter Guard, Magazine, Barracks, Horse Stable Mt Shed, & Parade Ground in Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad.

Sub-Head: Construction of Quarter Guard in Diplomatic Enclave.

NIT Cost (Rs.): 12,689,051/

Earnest Money (Rs.): 380,700/

Tender Fee (Rs.): 5,000/-

1. Applicants/interested party can get tender details from the website www.ppra.org.pk and www.cda.gov.pk.

2. Bidding forms/documents can be obtained from the office of Dy. Director, Works Division-II Capital Development Authority (CDA), Room No. 22, Capital Development Authority Office, Old Navel Complex, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad, on cash payment as given above per set (Non-refundable} on any working day up to 02-04-2021 before 2.00 PM against written request.

3. Application should be on letterhead having name, phone numbers, address and signature of the contractor enclosing call deposit and attested copies of CNIC, Income Tax registration number/certificate, valid PEC registration certificate with codes CE-09, CE-10, ownership proof in shape of partnership and valid Professional Tax certificate sole/dead power/proprietor of attorney in favour of authorized representative/member.

4.Original documents should also be available with the applicant/authorized representative for verification, if deemed necessary in case of incomplete documents mentioned in Sr. 4 bidding documents/forms will not be issued to the applicant/interested person.

5. The earnest money in shape of bank draft/call deposit Capital Development Authority (CDR) from local scheduled banks in favour of Dy. Director, Works Division-Il must accompany with the application/claim for issuance of tender documents/farms.

6. That only legitimate/genuine attorney holder may be allowed to get tender documents/farms.

7. The Bid Security of all bidders would be deposited in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) bank account and same may be returned after the acceptance of the contract with the successful bidders.

 

8. The eligibility criteria of the firms/contracts with the relevant/applicable experience i.e. at least three number of work in last two financial years may be fulfilled before issuance of tender documents/forms.

9. Bids will be received/opened publically as per date and time given above in the office of Director Works, Capital Development Authority (CDA) Room No. 21, Old Navel Complex, G-Six Markaz, Islamabad Pakistan.

10. CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tenders as per PPRA rules 33(1) CDA, upon request of bidder/contractor who submitted a bid, will communicate/transfer the grounds for its rejection, but is not required to justify/explain those grounds.

11. Conditional tender will not be entertained.
